Nina Saxena Memorial Fund

The fund is being collected through IIT Foundation (a non-profit organization). The fund will be utilized to create the endowment for the Nina Saxena Excellence in Technology Award, a first-of-its kind India-wide award instituted by IIT Kharagpur. The Award will be given out every year by a distinguished committee chaired by Director of IIT Kharagpur and will be open to all technologists who are Indian Citizens. The donations are tax deductible in US (please see more details on the IITF web site that appears). Donors from US may explore if additionally you have matching donations from your organizations. Most of the US companies have matching donations for IRS 501(c) organizations and so this will be a way of doubling your donation.
